Dry needling involves the insertion of fine acupuncture needles into myofascial trigger points. The practice is offered by our trained chiropractors and massage therapists at Pro Health Clinic.

Myofascial trigger points are hyper-irritable bands of muscle that cause pain, tightness, and restricted movement. These develop through muscle overuse, ischemia, repetitive postures, or unaccustomed activities.
