Find Us

Street parking available on Brown Street and surrounding streets. The clinic is accessible from Ashfield train station.

Getting Here

The clinic is at Shop 4, 2A Brown Street in the Phoenix Arcade, a short walk from Ashfield station on the T2 line. If you are coming by train, exit toward Brown Street and the clinic is a few minutes on foot.

Buses along Liverpool Road and Parramatta Road stop within walking distance, and Ashfield Mall is a couple of minutes away if you are combining the visit with other errands.

Driving in, there is free street parking on Brown Street and the surrounding streets. Parking is easier outside school pick-up and the weekday evening peak, so allow a few extra minutes if you are booked between 3pm and 6pm.

Your First Visit

Your first appointment is mostly assessment. We take a history, test how you move, and explain what we think is going on before any treatment starts — you will usually receive treatment on the same visit, and you will always know what is planned before it happens.

Worth bringing along:

  • Your health fund card, for on-the-spot claiming
  • Any GP referral, if you have one
  • Scans or imaging reports relating to the problem
  • A list of medications you take
  • Comfortable clothing you can move in

A referral is not required to see us. Arriving five minutes early gives you time for the intake form without eating into your appointment.

Payment & Health Funds

HICAPS terminals are on site, so private health fund rebates are claimed at the desk and you pay only the gap. All major funds are accepted.

We also accept:

  • Medicare EPC / Chronic Disease Management referrals from your GP
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) referrals
  • Workers compensation and CTP claims
  • Card and cash payment

If you are unsure what your fund covers or what an appointment will cost, call reception on 02 8721 6534 before you book and we will talk you through it.

Areas We See Patients From

Most of our patients come from Ashfield and the surrounding Inner West. If you are nearby, these pages cover travel times and parking from your suburb.
